Agreement to these Terms

Welcome to chayusmusic.com (the “Site”), operated in connection with the music of Chuna Silverman from Ta-Shma (“Chayus Music”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, streaming any track, or making a purchase on the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

chayusmusic.com offers free streaming tracks and a paid premium catalog, unlocked via a one-time purchase, a monthly subscription, or an individual per-track purchase.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not share your account or password with anyone else, and you may not transfer your account to another person.

One active session per account

To protect against unauthorized account sharing, each account may have only one active login session at a time. Signing in on a new device or browser automatically ends any other active session for that account — the previous session will be signed out, typically on its next action. This is a technical enforcement, not just a policy: it is not possible to remain signed in on two devices simultaneously with the same account. Sharing your login so that multiple people can stream concurrently is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension of your account without a refund.

Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds

Premium content may be unlocked in three ways, each processed securely through Stripe:

• A one-time purchase unlocking the full premium catalog.
• A recurring monthly subscription, billed until cancelled.
• An individual per-track purchase, unlocking that track only.

You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from your account’s billing portal. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund past charges. Because purchases unlock digital content immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

License to Stream Content

Subject to these Terms and any applicable payment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content on the Site for your own personal, non-commercial listening. You may not download, copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, sell, or otherwise exploit any track, video, or other content from the Site, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. All music, artwork, and other content on the Site is owned by Chuna Silverman from Ta-Shma or its licensors and protected by copyright law.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or attempt to circumvent the one-session limit.
• Attempt to download, rip, or otherwise extract media files from the Site.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, without refund, that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

Third-Party Services

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Account data is stored with Supabase. Transactional email is sent via Resend. Your use of the Site is also subject to those providers’ own terms where applicable.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chayus Music is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
